I have been streaming Sirius XM for a few years. Just lost the ability to browse SXM in Sonos2.  Reset all passwords and accounts and still not able to access SXM. Not sure what else to reset. 

There are a lot of other threads about this issue.

I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of trying to play a SiriusXM channel, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution, and perhaps a solution to the larger issue, whether it is on the Sonos side, or more likely the SiriusXM side.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, there are more options available beyond just the diagnostic analysis.
