SiriusXM App not loading on Sonos "Account not found"

I have been using Sirius on my Sonos for almost 2 years. I recently moved and went back in to connect and I get the message “Account not found” when I try to login to the app on Sonos. I can login with internet and both vehicles are fine.

If I remember correctly, and it’s possible I don’t, Sirius has two separate log ins, one for their website, one for things like Sonos. Have you tried 1) checking to see if you’re using the correct one, and 2) deleted the account currently in your Sonos, and trying to add it back in “fresh”?
