I’m not sure why Sonos thinks this is a desirable feature, but it drives me crazy: Whenever I shuffle a playlist, the very first song in the playlist’s “natural” order is not shuffled. The rest of the songs are shuffled, but not the first song. This sucks.

Another unrelated nuisance is that Sonos seems to restart playing the shuffled playlist from the beginning without any prompting from me. So for example, if play a shuffled playlist, sometimes it will continue to play where it left off, and sometimes, inexplicably, it will start from the first song again.

I’m wondering what the logic is behind these annoying behaviors.
