shocking app update

I had issues with the old version of the app as it was so slow. This day and age, with a company with all the tech that sonos have why and we having to put up with such ​​BAD (being polite) app. Is anyone looking to rectify the issues everyone is reporting. Looks like take your money and run. Everything is so slow and takes 2-3 minutes before anything plays on a speaker. The design of the new app is a mess and unclear. Because of the lag you press buttons which don't do anything. I purchased the move 2 to add to my system and unless I use alexa to play music I may as well not bother.
