We have set up Sonos for sound for our TV. Periodically the TV link in the “Streaming Services” page disappears. Tried restarting phone and see if that helps. Sometimes it restores the TV icon but not always. Anyone encounter this and how did you fix it?

Thanks for the quick reply  - can you explain what HT room is and the process of “in focus” as that was not explained to us by the team that installed it

HT room is ‘Home Theatre Room’ - the name of the Sonos device connected to your TV (it includes any surrounds and/or Sub, if applicable).

‘In focus’ in this instance means you have the TV’s Sonos HT device selected and is showing in the ‘Now Playing’ screen - I have attached some screenshots, which may (hopefully) help to explain.

The TV icon only displays within the tab below the music services when the HT room is ‘in focus’ on the ‘Now Playing’ screen in the App. So ensure the room is in focus first.
