We just moved houses and I had some trouble reconnecting my Sonos network. I have 2 Sonos beams in the house. I factory reset both devices and got them connected to our network and updated. Both are working great with my phone. When we log into Sonos on my wife’s phone the system will not show up. Same WiFi, same login, but it will not find the system. What should I do?

Is her phone running the very latest app update?


Assuming iPhone: check the “local network” permission for the app. Verify the phone does NOT have a VPN installed via MDM (for corp network access) which will block it.


App is updated. Local network permissions on and no VPN.
