My wife's Samsung S7 Sonos app won't start since the most recent update: the terms and conditions screen comes up with "US and rest of world except EU" and an arrow for a country list presumably. The list won't populate, and going back to the T&C screen it has a greyed out Accept button that won't do anything. She's extremely frustrated with this as the app was in daily use. Need help!
