What a disaster.

  1. Takes forever to open any music services and some, like Stingray which I have paid a fortune to subscribe to, will NEVER open on the Sonos app….rendering them useless
  2. Sonos never updates to tell you the actual song that is playing.  Keeps telling you it is playing the first song you played and never updates.  Brutal.
  3. Is Sonos simply shrugging its shoulders over this?  Oh well.  After customers have spent thousands of dollars on their infrastructure and speakers?

I’m sorry to read your Sonos experience has been disastrous. The amount of issues you describe make your frustration understandable.

As a first step to get things back on track and have you enjoy your music on Sonos again, I would suggest to reach out to our technical support who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
