Repeating tracks

HI All, I have been a sonos user for many years (like 7 years)  and have multiple Sonos devices thru out my home. I subscribe to both Pandora and Spotify, when I am controlling my Sonos thru my cell phone app I am able to repeat tracks, when I use my Ipad ( my designated device) for my Sonos system the Repeat / replay Icon on the Ipad is “grey” so it does not do anything. If someone can help me with this it would be most useful. Thank you Sean

Is there more than one account installed for those services?

Good Morning, both Pandora and Spotify are under the same account.
