Since the new app downloaded, I no longer have access to the Recently played or Sonos favorites. I only have access to music services. Can this be fixed? I have uninstalled/installed to no avail.

Same issues here, tried everything and Sonos do not seem to be doing anything about it. Lots of money spent on my system and since new app update it’s been absolutely rubbish.
+24Favorites have failed to display since May 7 and no update has fixed it.
Desktop app and my app show it fine, its just the mobile app that fails to display them.
Maybe Sonos are trying to fix the bug whereby when you click a favourite it no longer plays it but instead loads another dialog with a play button that you pointlessly have to click. That’s probably why the favourites are not working while they try to fix it.
