Need to de-register old Ray and get the new one to register. However, Sonos Customer ‘Support’ is non-existent. 

Sadly, I wished I saw this before bought myself a ray last Friday! The helpline is advertised open to 7pm but its not! I have a rather expensive paperweight at the moment.

As above the ray is finding my unit but fails when it tries to register. I'm getting error 1000 or 1002

The app is a mess.

Really disappointed from this company, I have many sonos units and they work even with frustrating app.
