Also the new Radioplayer app is not finding my Sonos System.

I have the same issue here. Since the last update of sonos app, radioplayer does not work anymore. I have the same error message as you have. I tried other radio services, but none worked.
Oddly deezer works perfectly fine.
I tried to reinstall the app, reinitialise the system, reinitialise the WiFi parameters, still the same problem.
If anyone could help...

I also have the same issue, which appears to be linked to the latest update. This follows problems with Amazon Music and others. But it's OK because Sonos displays a helpful message "Oops something went wrong"
What they don't say but imply is "We're not going to help, so sort it out yourself"

Radioplayer ne fonctionne plus depuis l'application sonos depuis la dernière mise à jour c'est très embêtant car pas beaucoup de possibilités de chercher ailleurs
Just a small workaround for some of this. I succeeded i adding Radioplay using the Old PC app - it can still be found and downloads
I too have lost access to the radioplayer application in the new release of the sonos application.
I prefer the range of radio stations available from here and there isn't the plug of the radio application when it starts.
The url that it tries to connect to os incorrectly configured.
When will this be resolved?
It seems that last update solved the issue. Radioplayer recovered
I'm still missing the service.
So incredibly frustrating. Cannot listen to radio on Sonos at all - either via audio or via the updated app. Useless. Spent hundreds of pounds on a system that can’t even play the radio. One of the newspapers, I think.

So frustrating- still not working and Sonos does nothing - they just don’t care.
The problem remains between Sonos and Radioplayer. the "recently listened to" indexes or the search for radio stations by Sonos search do not work since this calamitous update !!!!!! Always the same message "an error has occurred with Radioplayer please try again later
Sonos response: "There is a known issue with Radioplayer and we are actively investigating this issue, and we currently do not have an ETA for a solution."
