Since the new update.. "Product not found", restart my phone... Bingo... Start playing Sonos. Phone goes to sleep. Wife uses her phone to change the song. Later I Open Sonos app to change the song "product not found". Restart my phone. Sonos able to find products. Phone goes to sleep... You guessed it "product not found"
Having spent a fair bit of money, I didn't think having to restart my phone is an acceptable way to change a song....
