Problems After Application Update


Hello Sonos,

I need assistance for setting my app back to the original. Customer Service has been unavailable to fix this. As suggested from your pop up message, I updated my app and the new remote screen is a nightmare. The screen I had before was more intuitive. Very easy and didn’t require so much patience. This one requires too much back and forth to find the speakers for the TV and to switch to Sonos Move for the music. It takes at least 10 times to get the “View System” button to appear and find the speakers and adjust the volume.

Please switch my app and system back immediately. No more Sonos system updates for me. This one is ridiculous.
