I bought a full sonos system about 4 years ago and my god, it was awesome. Within minutes I had a great sound system working, fully controlled by my phone. Amazing!

 

Since then, every time I get an update something breaks. What used to be easy to do years ago is now painfully hard.  I recommended sonos to my girl friend this year based on my experience, but she has yet to get her system working weeks after buying the product.  I tried to play music tonight and after 20 minutes, have had no success at even hearing anything. 

 

Why would a company that offered such an awesome product go and mess it up? Is there an option to pay real money to get sonos to just stop updating their app? Seriously. Doing nothing would be much better than what they're doing.  What is wrong with this company and why can't they get this right?
