My saved playlists will not play.

Sorry to hear of this issue you are having with playlists not playing.

What kind of playlists are they? Do they belong to a particular service, or are they Sonos playlists?

If they are Sonos playlists, are you able to play any of the content contained within the playlist separately? As in, if you perform a search for individual songs that are on the playlist, will they play? Will anything play?
