Hi, when I search for a specific song and selected it Sonos plays a different wrong song. Help please

Not quite enough information to even begin to hazard a guess. Let’s start with the basics:

  1. what is the source of the music you’re trying to play?
  2. what Sonos device are you trying to play it on?
  3. what version of the Sonos controller are you using?
  4. what device is your Sonos controller n?
  5. what OS is that device running?
  6. how are your Sonos connected to your LAN?
  7. Are there any errors that show up, either when you open the controller, or when you try to play a song?
  8. how are you choosing the song? Is it in a Playlist, or are you using the search function in the Sonos controller?

Spotify will do this on free accounts, I think Youtube does this too.
