I have a Sonos Playbar connected via LAN. It suddenly disappeared from the App.
No sound from Playbar
The white status light is on (not blinking)
App cannot find the playbar, when I search for it
If I power down the playbar the white light goes off, if I power it up again the white light goes on again.
Playbar does not re-appear in the app, still no sound
Reset to factory settings does not work (power down, push play and volume up button at the same time and hold during power up). Instead of the status light turning orange and green blinking, it turns directly white (no blinking). I have done this factory reset many times before, and it was working at that time.
I see on my router that the playbar is connected and talking to my router, because of the blinking light on the network connection that is linked to the playbar.
I have no options anymore to solve this issue
