play 2 songs at the same time

We have the Play 5, Arc and Move. We used to be able to play 2 different playlists during yoga (ambient list and water sounds) but since the “updated” app haven’t been able to figure out how to separate the speakers during play to do so.
 

We don’t want to unpair the system from our surround sound TV experience.

You aren't paired if you don't have two matching Sonos set as surrounds, you are likely Grouped that you can un-Group and redo with a couple clicks on the group icon, the square looking one by the play/pause button on the Room bar.
