When I go on the Sonos app and hit browse, I’m only offered TuneIn and Line-In. No Spotify, no My Sonos showing. If I go to search I only show Stations and Podcasts&Shows, no artists, songs, albums or playlists. Appreciate any thoughts you may have
Same Problem - no Apple Music, TuneIn does not play, also trouble with airplay in some rooms, only one room is working - seems Sonos or its cloud services are completely down...

No worries at all, glad it sorted itself!
After checking with Sonos service I found that there were glitches in a system update performed yesterday. We rebooted the system and are now back to normal
