Well, I thought we were over the worst of it.  Christmas coming and I have friends round.  Sonos playing away happily- fourth track plays and bam - nothing.  No products found.  Thanks Sonos.

This is so far beyond a joke, it’s shameful.

Edit,  No items showing on ipad, android or web.  I wondered if my TV would still play sound through the ARC.  I went and turned the tv on and yes the ARC plays.  At this same point the system reappeared in all places…..kids had been watching TV, I don’t know if them turning the TV off coincided with the music outside stopping.

I sent in a diagnostic **********

Moderator edit: diagnostic number recorded and removed

You have to call to get a diagnostic looked at, you should not post that number here.

If you want help sorting things out the community has folks that will help.

Thanks for the reply Stanley.  I reported to remove the number.

Unfortunately I don't know if folks can help.  Although I know they'd like too.

It seems since the app launch it is one thing after another.  I'm so over it.  I've rebooted everything , updated, factory reset, network reset, changed routers etc etc multiple times and yet still having problems.

The fact you can buy $50 speakers that work better over wifi and Bluetooth than the Sonos system which I have is indeed a sad state of affairs.

It's so frustrating.

I was just on the phone with them for 2 hours.  Got escalated to tier 2 support.  They had me deleting and reinstalling apps, using different devices, changing settings, etc.  I explained that the PC app works find with all of my speakers, but the iOS app isn’t working at all.

I tried two iPhones and an iPad.  Same issue- no devices found.  Finally, after 2 hours, the tier 2 guy says - “oh, yeah, looks like there’s a known issue with the iOS app.  We’ll let you know when it’s resolved.”

Yeah, there’s a problem with the app, not good is it.  Have you running around in circles because of the app.
