I have to say that I am extremely disappointed in Sonos.  I was coming from Bose Soundtouch.  Everyone has said how great Sonos is and how easy to use.

MY SPEAKERS never work!  Either my kitchen speaker is there and not there constantly having to add it again and again.  Mind you it is a new speaker.  

I have rebooted my router.  Connected to wifi.  All other wireless devices working in my house except of course Sonos products!!!  I have updated my products!

I would never recommend Sonos to anyone!!  

Any advice or help appreciated on how to use these extremely customer unfriendly software and products!  Most frustrating consumer experience to date!

 

Unfortunately the new version of the app seems to have been rushed out with a lot of issues unresolved. 


Queue disappears speaker playing no sounds come out.  Sonos app is very slow Sonos app is freezing. Please fix this problem immediately Sonos
