To whom it may concern at Sonos:

 

You HAVE to roll back this new mobile app. It doesn’t work and it is ruining your reputation for quality.

The app won’t load properly in my iPhone, tried my wife’s as well, doesn’t work on that either. Finds the system on the wi-fi then says I have to log out and system owner sign in (which is me and it’s correct) then won’t let me log in, it keeps going back to the same message! Wasted 2 hours trying to call Sonos and there is no one ever available to help with the live chat. I am now left with an expensive speaker system we can use!!! Will never buy or recommend Sonos again.
