Why new application is such a disaster?

Why no answer to call made ? because 60 minutes of delay to have someone on the phone, who will wait?

Funny part is that the sonos one is playing music But the disaster application do not detect the system... which is working!

Been complaining for 2 weeks and the company ignore us. 

BAD COMPANY. 

 


Yes a total Failure… and rating of the app in “play store” is falling down… seems they do not care about their community and clients


Dont recomnend sonos to anyone.
