New App wireless setup

Hi, I have 3 Sonos Play 1. All factory reset green flashing lights.

When I use the new app to add them they say they are added but dont appear on the app. I hard wired one to router, thats the only one that shows.

Tried factory resetting the other two, going through very slow process to add but never show on the app. 

Please help.

I suspect a moderator will remove your diagnostic number some time soon, they seem to have changed that policy. We community users can’t look at them anyway, and I think Sonos folks look them up by your account.
