I’d just like to remind Sonos management that the problem with the new app release is not just performance and reliability…..the new UI is very difficult to navigate.

How hard is to make an app that you just click on the app and then click on the music you want to listen to without menus, scrolling, swipes and navigation that is not intuitive?

It’s been almost 20 years since I started using Sonos and it just keeps getting worse and worse.
