How do I get the new update to take affect? It automatically made me update the app software. When I start the software update. Once updated confirmation is received it goes back to software update again.
Have uninstalled reinstalled a number of times. Unplugged from internet, turned speakers off and on. Still no success. On a Samsung phone.
