Support reckons this is not a common issue, but has anyone else found the equaliser refuses to adjust with the new app? It's really annoying as I rely on a bias to one speaker in a stereo pair and like loudness enabled. It simply refuses to accept any changes on my app and just reverts straight back.

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?


Hmm. Given the awful crapness of the app and how it took hours of support time to even connect it to my system I was trying to avoid that….


Oh and it’s the same on my iPad and android….


I can't adjust the EQ on app either, only bought the beam yesterday, seriously thinking about returning if I can't resolve this as it sounds awful.


Not working on my Android app either. 


I gave up and took it back, replaced it with a Bose.
