O e mi th later the app is in no better shape, my system does not work properly and no response from Sonos. Over 15k in equipment that doesn’t sync. 
 

pls pls go back to the old version u til you trouble shoot new.

The description in your post of what you’re seeing with the new Sonos App initially sounds like something isn’t quite right with your local Sonos setup.

The new Sonos App works fine here. Although it maybe a little slow in some areas, it certainly is not a problem to play on my speakers (10 Sonos room Home system). That’s using iPhone, iPad, or an Android (tablet) controller.

I would say if your problems persist however, you might be best to perhaps first reproduce your issue, then immediately submit a Sonos system diagnostic report from within the Sonos App, note it’s reference and then contact/chat with Sonos Support via this LINK to discuss the matter in detail and see what the Staff can perhaps then suggest to resolve the matter.
