Not a fan of the new app. It's not intuitive. Why would you make me learn how to use the app all over again? So far everything I've tried to do was a bust. I had to push all over the screen to get undesirable results.  I want to listen to my SONOS system now, not read or watch a video about what I've already paid good money. Fix this blunder.

100% agree.  65 minutes wait on customer service line.  And no one available on chat line.

Ii don't like change for changes sake. What was the mission? So far, not going to recommend SONOS to anyone else. Went from a leader to well not sure of their mission now. I have five family setups, & over 15 speakers. They need to rethink the goal. I do have faith in SONOS, they always have come through in the past. We all make mistakes.
