I have 5 sonos devices and play the majority of my music from a Seagate ‘Personal Cloud’ network drive attached to my router. This has been working very successfully until recent updates.

Whilst the drive and the songs are listed in my music library I can no longer play them !

Under ‘Manage’ - Music Library Settings - the drive is not listed and therefore can’t be removed.

Also I am unable to add this drive/folder to ‘my music on Sonos’ because it says check user name and password, however both are correct.

Can any one advise?
