I can not see my Sonos system on the iPhone and iPad, and I am not able to add a newly bought Sonos Arc and two Sonos Era 300.

On my Mac I can see the Sonos system, and add new products.

App’s on iPhone and iPads updated to last version.

I have reset my system, I have reset my router, I have powered everything down and restarted but the problem is still the same.

What to do now?
