My devices is not visible in the app

Only 1 of my 4 Sonos devices is visible in the app, but when i log into Sonos web i am able to see all my devices.

we have 2 different mobile devices with Sonos app installed, and non of them is able more then one(the same) device.

how will that be able to be fixed?
