I am constantly having to click Play to start my streaming music - it is NOT Wi-Fi related at all, there is no break in Wi-Fi - it’s is a Sonos setting that automatically Stops the music playing

This should not be happening - I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team, who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports (it will log why it has stopped playing).
