Hi.

Anybody else getting ‘unable to browse music’ when trying to access their Feed in Mixcloud? I’ve tried changing the password and re-authorising the service through the app but the issue is still there.

Listen Later, New Uploads, and Your Mixcloud Queue also display the same message. Trending, and Music work fine so the account access must be fine.

Any suggestions welcome.

Try removing Mixcloud from your music services in the Sonos app and re-adding it.


Also having this issue. Tried re-adding the service. Made no difference.


I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, there are more options available beyond just the diagnostic analysis.
