lost itunes connection

I have lost access to my iTunes account on Sonos App

have read through the fixes and work around but nothing works, all my files have the share option ticked but Sonos app says no error code 913, even deleted all the share links and added them again but still it won’t have it

its really starting to annoy me that the one thing I purchased the system for is no longer working

any help gratefully received, I’m on IOS platform using the desktop app to talk to a Mac mini all devices are on same WiFi network
