Lost all my SONOS records - please help

I have been using SONOS for some years but lately it has stopped working and now it has completely cleared my record collection completely. 

I have tried unsuccessful to get it working again but have lost all hope.  Please help!

There is an issue that Sonos are working on to fix access to local music libraries and playlists.  Update forecast is early June 2024.

Thank you very much for your reply email.  I was unaware that this problem existed, a statement from SONOS should have been sent out to their users!

I will have to wait and hope for a quick resolution.
