Dear Sonos Sufferers,

As all other users only problems since the Useless new app “up”grade. After all the new versions still bad. New problem: Volume in one speaker disappears. Suddenly, not doing anything. It does correct eventually but at least once I had to restart as it didn’t correct. 
 

Otherwise still the same problems. Shows recently played, but when clicking get an “Oops etc message. My NAS drive doesn’t show, but when using the SonoPhone app no problem, it’s all there (this app hooks onto what’s in the Sonos system). 
 

so will seriously look at the Apple system as the wait of any decent curtuous response from Sonos has been totally absent.
