When trying to play Spotify on my iphone i have no control through the phone lock screen, the music is playing but i am unable to turn the volume up or down through spotify or the phone controls only when i use the sonos app, which honestly is a terrible app. My phone needs to be unlocked all the time as i can’t get it on the lock screen any longer. Any tips on how to get those options back please?
