I Have done what other messages threads have done and still have issues with the link code. Please help.

Not knowing which troubleshooting steps you’ve followed makes it hard to provide proper advice.
If you are not able to fix the issue you are facing following the advice from other threads, I would recommend reaching out to our Sonos Support.
They have tools more tools at their disposal and can provide you with information and advice, specific to your system and what it reports.
