Library update not working, alternative external library?

Hi,

My current library is on a synology NAS.

Somethimes i recieve rerror messages that the song / file is not found anymore.

also i noticed that some added songs don’t show up in the sonos library.

 

When i check the size of the music folder on the nas it has: 42.442 files.

So this should be below the sonos limitation of 65.000 tracks.

 

Alternative, what solutions are there to add a 2nd library to exceed the 65,000 track limit?

 

in the past i tried setting up the Plex media server on the nas but that didn’t worked wel for me in DSM 6,x.. maybe it’s now better with DSM 7,x ?
