Finally found a workaround for the 913 error and now my library won’t update. It just hangs. Indexing runs for about and hour, then stops and nothing - not a single track has synced with the library.

can you describe where you library is stored, and how you are trying to load it


Yea. Sonos sucks now. I add music to a playlist and try to add more and it just says “Unable to access queue” what a joke now. It is slow to respond and most times I can’t even connect to it at all. I’ve got great wifi 500/500 and an eero system. Tragic how bad it is and how much I’ve spent on this system. 


ok,  is the music on a pc,  a hard drive a mac ?


External HD. In the end I rebooted every speaker and the internet and then tge library synced finally.
