I am unable to log in and/or add product to my account.  I’m able to play music to existing Sonos products, but continue to get “Let’s try again…your phone may not be connected to the internet or your internet may be out.”  
 

 

it’s not, I’m connected and it’s working fine.  Wife’s phone can connect and add product.  Please help, this is driving me crazy 

Assuming this is on the iPhone it sounds like the MS Defender issue, covered in other threads.
