All large retailers must warn potential Buyers that Sonos has ruined their products! It is imperative that no one purchase these heavy paper weights until Sonos and its CEO standup and explain how they are to fix this! Anyone that is in the return period should probably return their product. Sonos has committed egregious acts against its consumer base.

 

I would certainly expect class action lawsuits to be filed. The large retailers need to warn potential buyers or they will be dragged into this quagmire!

Yes this is an absolute outrage! If they don't let us go back to app that worked then we all must do everything we can to drive this company under - expensive paperweights is exactly it now, class action lawsuit I'm on board
