I use KKBOX as music service. However, it does not work with the latest update.

I reauthorized and I can select the song. But no music play on my Beam Gen1. 

 

Please help

Sorry to hear of the issue you’re having trying to play from KKBOX. So we can investigate, could you please recreate the issue and then submit a support diagnostic afterwards? Once done, please let me know by Direct Messaging me the number given at the end of the process.

If the song(s) you can’t play is a Recently Played or Favourites entry, please try browsing/searching for the track(s) instead, and let me know if there is any difference.
