Woke up this morning and my Sonos was gone.

Thw app looks fine, it simply will not play anything.  Rest the modem, reinstalled the app.  Nothing.  Sort of like old times last month.

Anyone else experiencing this, and anyone have helpful answers?

Have you rebooted any players? (Don’t Factory Reset without further consult.)


Hi buzz, thanks, I did and no luck.  I just did another modem reset and now it is all working. 
Very odd.

i was sort of hoping they rolled out another update.  Maybe this time the problem is at my end.

For reference: have you reserved IP addresses for SONOS players. Which router are you using?


I have rebooted my system several times and none of our  speaker’s will work.  They worked yesterday.
