Why are these icons disabled and how do I get rid of them?

Are these TuneIn stations? Did you ad TuneIn after the introduction of the new app?

Didn’t know that. Haven’t used tunin for a long time. Will check out if I’m subscribed and try to remove it if I am.

Tunin not one of my services and these disabled icons are recent appearances.

My only services are Calm Radio and Classical Archives.

Hi @duraace

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

Sorry to hear of this issue you are having. I can’t say why the tracks are there, but you should be able to remove them with a long-press, then tap Remove from Sonos Favourites.

Typically, tracks get greyed-out when they are no longer available - either due to them being removed from the service, or from the service being removed from Sonos.

If you struggle to remove them using the method above, please try doing so from either the Web App or from the Desktop Controller for Windows or macOS - download page.

I hope this helps.

None of these 3 suggestions worked!?

Hi @duraace

Just to clarify, you can see those favourited tracks in the Mobile app, the Desktop app and the Web app, but cannot remove them using any of those apps?

Have you removed any music services from your system recently? If so, are you able to add them back on, still? You may then be able to remove those tracks, but this is not the experience we want you to be having, of course, so I will get this flagged for investigation.

If you could please submit a support diagnostic and let me know when you have done so, that will likely be of great help. Thanks.

Hi @duraace

Could you please let me know if your Classical Archives account is a Premium one? Thanks.

Yes it is.

Hi @duraace

Thanks.

Well, it looks like it’s something to do with our servers. We will investigate further, and I’ll update you here when I have more I can share.

Thanks
