Issues with new app

Hello since the mobile app has been updated it doesn't really react correctly to what I want to do. I try to lower the volume and it turns off. I try to change channel and it turns off. Then it turns on by itself. It looks like is always loading. Suddenly when working it greats me. Very very unpredictable. 

It was way better before

What do I need to do to have a normal experience?

What do I need to do to have a normal experience? 

Ditch the new app. It’s buggy AF and Sonos is taking forever to fix it, if they even can. Use SonoPhone on iOS or delete the new app and install v16.1 on Android (fourth post in this thread has instructions).
