Hey, I recently upgraded my Sonos setup with an Arc, two Symfonisk rears, and a Sub 3, but I can't use TruePlay to tune the speakers. I've tried all the usual troubleshooting steps—restart, reset, and reinstall. On both iPads I've used (iPad 7 and iPad Air 2024; iPadOS 17.5.1), the same issue occurs. The TruePlay button is visible, the instructional video plays, but the "Start Tuning" button doesn't respond.

Is this a known issue? Has any fellow iPad user found a workaround? Thank you!
