Issue with Sonos Controller Windows 11

Moved to a new office

Installed Sonos controller on the pc, signed into the account and it can see the devices:

Controller see’s nothing, IP scan can detect the sonos devices,

Uninstalled and reinstalled app

Firewall is a Fortigate

Has anyone experienced this issue before?

You say the controller can see the devices, and list them, and in the next paragraph you say “controller sees nothing”. Confused.

Hi controlav,

 

In the aboutus section of the controller, it can see the devices, but within the main interface of the software, no devices show up.

I’ve been told that the mobile app works fine as well

That is truly bizarre. Try my Windows app instead (see profile).
